Your proposal confirms the collection, team, and selected additions.
What the team and deliverables include
Main single-service collections include one shooter at six or eight hours and two at ten, twelve, or fourteen hours. Combined staffing is listed in your proposal. Photography includes previews and an online gallery, with 400+, 500+, 650+, 750+, or 850+ edited photographs across the five hour options. Filmmaking includes a teaser, highlight film, and ceremony and speech edits; twelve- and fourteen-hour collections also include a feature film.
Wedding weekends and associate-led options
US photo and film weekends start at $22,000, or $12,500 for one service. Ireland and Europe weekends start at $26,000 combined, or $14,500 for one service, including travel. Weekend coverage includes a welcome or rehearsal event up to three hours, the wedding day up to twelve hours, and a day-after event up to two hours. Associate-led single-service coverage is $4,900 for six hours, $6,400 for eight, or $8,200 for ten, with Jessica directing and our studio editing.
Which additions matter to you?
Real Super 8 is $1,000 for two rolls, with additional rolls at $400 each. 35mm photography is $500 for two rolls, with additional rolls at $200 each. Extra coverage is $600 per hour per service or $1,100 combined. An additional second shooter is $1,200 per day. Standalone engagement photography is $1,200, or $600 with an eight-hour wedding collection. Albums and prints are selected separately.
Payment, delivery, and the coverage plan
A signed agreement and $1,500 retainer secure the booking, with three equal balance payments and the full balance due thirty days before the wedding. There is a six-hour minimum. Coverage is continuous and ends by 12:30 AM; coverage over four hours requires a break and hot meal. Collection changes are upgrade-only, and there is no weekday rate. Photography previews arrive within seven days and the full gallery in six to ten weeks. Film teasers arrive within two weeks and the full film suite in eight to twelve weeks.

Wedding photography and film pricing questions
Can we book photography or filmmaking separately?
Yes. Each service has its own collection, starting at $5,900 for six continuous hours in 2026–2027. Combined coverage starts at $11,800. Choose the service or combination that fits what you want to remember.
Are 35mm and real Super 8 included automatically?
They are optional additions. 35mm is $500 for two rolls, with extra rolls at $200 each. Real Super 8 is $1,000 for two rolls, with extra rolls at $400 each. Your proposal lists the formats and rolls you select.
Does a short highlight film mean short coverage?
No. The finished edit length and the hours we spend documenting your day are different. Wedding collections have a six-hour continuous minimum, even when you prefer a short final highlight.
How do we choose the right number of hours?
Start with the first event you want documented and the last moment that matters to you. Include travel, getting ready, portraits, meals, and transitions. Use our timeline guide and Planning Studio, then review the coverage plan with us.
Are these prices a Boston-wide average?
No. This is The Combs Creative’s collection menu. Other studios structure staffing, travel, coverage, and deliverables differently. Compare the complete proposal rather than the starting number alone.
